Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Neuthrone purchase.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original packaging, cases, accessories, and materials

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact Neuthrone info@neuthrone.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Neuthrone cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale, promotional items specifically identified as non-returnable, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
