Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what is in your cart. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the product page and applied automatically at checkout.

Processing time. Orders ship from our Los Angeles studio within 5 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific on Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our studio.

Holiday orders. To receive your order by December 24, place it by December 17.

Address changes. Contact us at info@neuthrone.com as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot change an address once the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@neuthrone.com with your order number, and we will make it right.
